Need a new office?

15 March 2008 No Comment

Why not purchase a home in your business name? There are many housing options in urban areas now that have an office downstairs and an apartment upstairs. Some of the major cities in the United States are now being populated with new town homes and brownstones in prime locations. Urban areas are being revitalized and entrepreneurs can take advantage of it.

These structures are becoming very popular in cities like Houston, Austin, and Dallas in the south where they are not typical. The buildings are usually three stories and offer a first level that can serve as an office. When building a business, it is important to explore all options of living arrangements. It is often more financially feasible to combine a business residence and a personal residence.

Local Realtors can be good resources as well as driving around “hotspots” to see what properties are available. When purchasing real-estate for commercial purposes, applicants are often held to different guidelines.
